On March 16, the National Union of Personnel Managers in cooperation with the Kirov City Club of Personnel Managers at the Vyatskaya Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an JSC KZ OTsM sponsored round-table discussion on the topic of “Human Resource Training and Development: effective methods”. The meeting was opened by JSC KZ OTsM’s director general Alexander Darensky and VCCI’s president Nikolay Lipatnikov.
