Personnel Manager - Head of the Human Resources Development Department

Lyudmila N. Kapitonova

Born on September 14, 1949 in the village of Shagirt, Perm region, she graduated from the Uralsky Technical Institute as an engineer-economist in 1973.

After graduating from the Institute she began working as an engineer-economist and then as a deputy head of the Labor and Wages Department at JSC KZ OTsM.

Between 1979 and 2001, she was the head of the Labor and Wages Department.

In 2001, she became the head of the Human Resources Development Department at JSC KZ OTsM.

In 2004, she was appointed personnel manager at JSC KZ OTsM.
