Deputy Director General for Quality Management – Head of the Product Quality Management Department

Andrey M. Martynov

Born on August 1, 1971 in the city of Novovyatsk, Kirov region, he received a degree in mechanical engineering in 1993 from Perm State Technical University.

Between 1993 and 1994, he worked as a processing engineer of the Main Metallurgical Department at the Pervogo Maya Kirov Machine-Building Plant.

After completing his service in the Russian Armed Forces, in 1996-1997, he worked as a pre-production engineer, rubber production manager and deputy director at the Metallist company and the JSC Kirov Tillage Machines Plant.

Between 1997 and 2000, he was a senior engineer of the sales department of the Kirov Biochemical Plant.

Between 2000 and 2001, he was an engineer at the Product Quality Management Department at JSC KZ OTsM.

In October 2001, he was appointed deputy production manager of the shop 1 of JSC KZ OTsM.

Since 2002, he is the deputy director general for quality management – head of the Product Quality Management Department
