Sergey V. Gorbunov

Born on September 12, 1962 in the city of Bukhara. In 1987, he graduated from the Tula Technical Institute as a mechanical engineer.

He began working first as a radio operator for the Uzbek UTKS, and then as a mechanical operator at Glavmosstroy and Strommashina plant in Kostroma.

After graduating from the Institute in 1987, he worked first as a senior foreman and then as an engineer at Novovyatsky KhDRSU.

Between 1989 and 1993, he was chief engineer and head of the ASRSU of the trust SpetsKommunRemont in Kirovo-Chepetsk.

In 1993, he became chief engineer of the Housing and Utilities Board of Kirovo-Chepetsk.

Since 2000, he is director for general affairs of JSC KZ OTsM.
